This guide covers the residents' Rio — Tijuca through Méier and Grajaú — home of the GFTeam mothership and the only self-serve online booking in the city (Alliance Tijuca's free intro). It is also honest about the norm here: of 34 rooms, only six publish any beginner path at all, and the guide says which. For someone just starting, the real question is not "which academy is best" but "which one fits me."
