Porto is the guide's second Portuguese metro, and its instrument is the best kind: the federation itself. The FPJJB's northern roll links a page per club, and those pages print what most cities never publish — the professor with the belt rank, the street, the phone, the hours. This guide carries twenty-eight rooms across two areas on that record: central Porto (where Jitsu Foz prints a free first class down to the WhatsApp booking step, and Alliance Porto's page names beginner classes outright under a third-degree black belt) and the belt from Gaia to Vila do Conde and Feira, with a sixth-degree black belt in Custóias and the GFTeam Portugal matriz in Maia. The Gracie Barra locator adds five rooms the federation roll doesn't list — two registries, two maps, both carried. Each area gets the same treatment: verified facts per room, no rankings, and the evidence behind every claim.
