Learning jiu-jitsu in the Comunidad belt
This guide covers the towns of the Comunidad de Madrid — Colmenar Viejo in the north and the belt around the capital. One full entry. Madrid Grapple at Calle Isaac Albéniz 20 in Colmenar Viejo is the belt's own room — grappling and BJJ without the drive into the city, a printed phone, and a schedule section opening «Horarios Mañanas:», so morning training exists here. One honest record: real scenes also live in San Sebastián de los Reyes (a Lotus door), Alcalá de Henares and Fuenlabrada, but none prints a street address on a channel this research can read — recorded, not listed. For someone just starting, the real question is not "which academy is best" but "which one fits me."

Frequently asked questions
How do I book a trial class?
It differs by academy. Where we could verify the booking method, it is listed under "Your first visit" in that academy's entry; otherwise, asking through the academy's official channel is the most reliable route.
I'm a complete beginner. Can I just show up?
It differs by academy. Entries show where a fundamentals program and first-visit process are verified. For the rest, check with the academy before visiting. For what a first class actually feels like, see the beginner posts on our blog.
