Learning jiu-jitsu in Madrid

Madrid's loudest free first step: Checkmat Madrid on Calle Esteban Collantes puts «Prueba clase gratis» in its own site title — the strongest trial-byte placement in this guide's Spanish records — backs it with «Reserva una clase gratis» on the page and a WhatsApp number to book it. Adult and kids programs run on a six-day grid whose details live behind the booking. Prices aren't posted — message the WhatsApp and ask alongside your free class

Why we say it: The title byte, both CTAs, the form line, the address and the WhatsApp number are the club's own published site content, fetched 2026-08-25

The family door west of the river, and the first in this guide's Madrid records to print its prices: Club Free Style BJJ trains every age in one school hall in Puerta del Ángel — infantil and primaria after school («recogida en comedor»), ESO and bachiller in the evening bands, adults gi Monday to Friday at 18:30-20:00 with a 21:00-22:30 band that is gi Monday, Wednesday and Friday and no-gi Tuesday and Thursday. The adult sheet is on the page: 70€ for the Monday/Wednesday/Friday group, 60€ for Tuesday/Thursday, 80€ unlimited, a ten-class card 80€ «con coordinación previa», and a printed «10% de descuento» for the school's staff and their families. The trial is a request the club confirms — «la solicitud no reserva plaza hasta que el club la confirme» — with no price and no free claim printed, so ask. No weekend classes, no drop-in price, and the site never names a coach; the method page describes «método propio», an educational jiu-jitsu «sin golpes» that borrows «tradición educativa del judo»

Why we say it: Every quoted byte is on the club's own site as rendered 2026-09-25: the adult and children's timetable tables, the price lines and discount, the contacto page's trial terms, the venue page's address, and the method page; the club wrote to this site's inbox the same day pointing at those pages, and nothing from the email is used

The network door by Plaza de España: Lotus Club's central room at Plaza del Conde de Toreno 2 runs under maestro responsable Moises Muradi — a coral belt, by the club's own site, the highest rank in this guide's records — with a guest-professor roll the site names outright. The first visit is a «CLASE DE PRUEBA» booked through the site's own flow («Si es tu primera vez, registra tu clase de prueba»). BJJ, grappling and Muay Thai share the house. Times and prices live behind the booking — register the trial and ask

Why we say it: The address, the Muradi coral-belt line, the founder and guest-professor lines and the trial flow are all the club's own published site content, fetched 2026-08-25; every rank and title claim stays attributed to the club (§10.10)

The west-side door inside a fight gym: Lotus Club's third Madrid room lives at Calle Aravaca 7 as the «Sede 300 Fight Club» — jiu-jitsu hosted inside an existing combat-sports house, the arrangement this guide has seen from Milan to Brampton. Same network, same first step: register a «CLASE DE PRUEBA» through the booking flow. For someone on the Moncloa/Argüelles side, this is Lotus's near door. No per-door professor is printed for this sede, and times and prices sit behind the booking — ask when you register

Why we say it: The address, the «Sede 300 Fight Club» label and the trial flow are the club's own published site content, fetched 2026-08-25

The north door with its own named professor: Lotus Club's Sede Metropolitano at Calle Agustín de Foxá 25 (Bajo C), up by Plaza de Castilla, prints its professor responsable right beside the address — Sri Batista, a 4th-degree black belt by the club's own site. The first visit is the network's «CLASE DE PRUEBA», registered through the booking flow. For someone in Chamartín or along the northern Castellana who doesn't want the trip to Plaza de España, this is the network's near door. Times and prices sit behind the booking — ask when you register

Why we say it: The address with the Bajo C unit, the Sri Batista line and the trial flow are the club's own published site content, fetched 2026-08-25
