Learning jiu-jitsu in Pankow

Pankow runs further north to south than any other Bezirk, from Prenzlauer Berg up to Buch. This research has 2 rooms recorded here and neither yet with a full entry — and the reason is our instruments rather than Pankow. One is a competition-platform registration on Prenzlauer Promenade with two registered members, an address and no channel behind it: four plausible domains were probed and none exists. One is an association whose own site answered `429 Too Many Requests` to all six requests this research made of it over twenty minutes; the most likely explanation is our own earlier traffic, so nothing was taken and nothing unverified is published from it. A third club, a dojo in Karow, is filed under Brazilian jiu-jitsu by Berlin's state sports register and teaches an Okinawan-derived Budo style across its own eleven pages, so it is not listed here, and it stays recorded so the next person does not rediscover it as a find. The register does this across the city: capoeira, the Japanese art and a Taekwondo house are filed under Brazilian jiu-jitsu too. Those clubs teach what they say they teach; it is the filing that is wrong, and reading a room's own channel before its registry category is what catches it, in any city. One published jiu-jitsu hour does sit inside this district and is worth saying plainly: a Friday beginners' session in the gym of the Heinrich-Roller-Grundschule in Prenzlauer Berg, run by an operation whose entry lives on another district's page with both of its halls. What is thin here is this page, because of the walls named above, and those walls are ours to name. For someone just starting, the real question is not "which academy is best" but "which one fits me."
