That is a real answer for a beginner who wants gym facilities and a jiu-jitsu class on one membership rather than a dedicated academy. And it publishes what almost no Berlin room does: a full-time visitor tariff at `30 € / Per day` for stays of sixteen days or less, `500 € / Per month` beyond, framed as `Live in the academy and practice all-day everyday`. For a few weeks of training in Berlin that is a rare published answer.
