The decision, in short

If you may join: reserve a free trial through the site form, choosing a suitable class from the timetable; registration is mandatory, places are limited, and confirmation arrives by e-mail. Arrive ten minutes early with sports clothes, water and flip-flops, which are required off the mat. Annual membership and insurance costs €60; BJJ or grappling costs €60, €170, €330 or €550 for one, three, six or twelve months, with student rates of €55, €155, €300 or €500 for students aged 26 or younger who show a student card. For the same periods, both disciplines cost €75, €215, €405 or €700, and women-only BJJ costs €40, €110, €210 or €350. Ten-class cards expire after six months and cost €75 with valid annual membership and insurance, or €95 with membership and insurance included for those ten classes. Adult memberships must be paid in full; medical pauses require a certificate and are limited to four weeks per year. Memberships and cards are otherwise non-refundable, with a fourteen-day withdrawal option only before attending any class; registration fees are excluded from that refund. From 7 September 2026 to 13 June 2027, lunchtime BJJ meets Monday and Thursday 12:15 to 13:30, with a technique lab Tuesday at the same time and Friday sparring requiring basic prior knowledge. Beginner and all-level BJJ meets Monday and Wednesday 20:00 to 21:30, blue-belt-and-up classes Monday and Wednesday 18:30 to 20:00, and all-level BJJ Friday 18:30 to 20:00. Women's BJJ meets Tuesday and Thursday 18:30 to 20:00; grappling Tuesday and Thursday 20:00 to 21:30 and Saturday 12:45 to 14:30; members' open mat Saturday 14:30 to 16:15. Adult classes continue during school holidays, subject to the listed closure dates. Axel Vankimmenade, black belt, is the principal instructor; Hélène Wenger, black belt, instructor and manager.

If you are visiting: a single class costs €12, is valid on its purchase date and is non-refundable; the terms also require annual registration before training, so confirm whether €12 is the complete visitor charge.
