Tegel's most substantial BJJ answer, inside a Taekwondo house. The Black Belt Academy sits at Brunowstraße 52 in 13507 Berlin-Tegel — it calls itself that, so the borough is not in doubt — and runs Taekwondo, MMA, BJJ and CrossFit for children and adults under a registered association, Sultans e.V. The Brazilian jiu-jitsu has its own page, an age floor of 16, and its own coach: Pawel `Paraiba` Kwiatkowski, published by the academy as a second-degree black belt under Master Julio Cesar Pereira and Professor Gabriel Rainho, with 22 years in martial arts and ten years coaching BJJ and MMA. That is the academy's own account, and it is one of only two places in this city where a room names both a belt and the people who awarded it — the grantors' own surfaces are walled to us, so read it as the room's claim rather than as independent confirmation. Money is unusually clear: the published table runs by term and by sessions per week, from 49 € a month for once weekly on a one-year term to 149 € for all-inclusive on three months, a second household member discounted throughout, plus a one-off 30 € association joining fee. Two cautions, both from the academy's own pages. The timetable disagrees with itself: Monday and Thursday at 19:00–20:00 appear on both surfaces, but Wednesday appears only on the homepage and is Judo and Muay Thai on the plan — confirm it before travelling. And the offer splashed across the homepage expired on 31 July; budget from the dated table. There is no published trial and no drop-in, so a first visit means a phone call. Why we say it: Everything above is the academy's own channel — eight pages read 2026-08-17: the self-description and `Berlin-Tegel` self-location, address, phone and email, the Impressum naming Sultans e.V., the coach profile with its belt-and-grantors sentence re-verified word for word, both fee tables dated 01.06.2026, the joining fee, and both conflicting timetables. The schedule publishes as a disagreement, not a settled grid: two of the house's own pages contradict each other and have done so three different ways across three passes, with Monday and Thursday the part both carry. The expired summer hero is recorded and withheld from the price. The GFTeam lineage is quoted strictly as the academy's claim — GFTeam's registry is a full robots wall to us and no grantor's surface has been read. The association's Spandau registry address and the platform registration's unzoned `Berliner Str. 12` are recorded and neither is pinned
