Learning jiu-jitsu in the Interlomas–Satélite belt
These rooms are in the Estado de México, not in Mexico City — the state line runs between them and the capital, and this guide keeps it visible. It covers the Interlomas–Satélite belt: Huixquilucan, Naucalpan de Juárez, Atizapán de Zaragoza and Tlalnepantla de Baz, 11 rooms recorded, 8 of them with full entries. The belt is twenty minutes from Polanco and it trains the capital's jiu-jitsu: three of its rooms trace their black belts to the same Mexico City professor, and two of the capital's chain rooms are on this side of the line. KUMA Martial Arts on Avenida Lomas Verdes publishes the ring's only complete price sheet and its only six-day timetable — one class a week at $1,200 a month rising to $2,400 for four, each carrying '+ $800.00 Sign-up', against a 'Pase Matutino' at $1,750 and a 'Pase Ilimitado' at $3,000 that carry no sign-up at all. Its free first class books a private, which no other room's does. Team DREAM's three rooms — the Atizapán matriz and its Interlomas and Lomas Verdes satellites — open through 'semana gratís', the network's own spelling. One thing no price page in this metro will ever show you: two unrelated networks here sell affiliation partly on a free visiting right. Team DREAM's affiliated students may train at the professor's home academy free, twice a month; the MD chain promises its affiliates 'entrenamiento gratuito en cualquiera de nuestras sucursales'. If you already train somewhere, ask — the answer may not be a price. And one that matters more the moment you cross the line: the paid casual visit does not come with you. 'Clase de visita' returns zero bytes across this entire ring. Every published visitor path out here is either free — a clase muestra, a clase gratis, a free week — or a monthly commitment. For someone just starting, the real question is not "which academy is best" but "which one fits me."

88A — its own site publishes address, nine programmes, a bookable jiu-jitsu service and a free-trial call
Who this academy suits
A nine-discipline house in Jardines de Satélite — in the Estado de México, in Naucalpan, not in Mexico City — where jiu-jitsu is deliberately front and centre: it is the first programme listed, it has a page of its own titled 'El Arte Suave', and it is the only class on the whole site you can actually book. The address is Avenida Fuentes de Satélite 144, and the published way in is the room's own 'AGENDA TU CLASE MUESTRA', the local term for a free first class. Two things belong in the same breath, because the site says both itself: the bookable jiu-jitsu service is currently flagged unavailable with an invitation to make contact, so message before planning around it; and although a figure of $1,200 appears against that service, the page never says whether it is for one class, a course or a month, so it is not repeated here as a price — guessing on your behalf would be inventing the most important part. The site's separate pricing page is empty, and that emptiness is the platform's rather than a decision. No instructor is named and no timetable is published. A fit for someone in Satélite who wants a multi-discipline gym with a real jiu-jitsu line and is happy to settle every practical detail in one message
Why we say it: Everything above is the room's own site — www.eightyeighta.com, its home, sitemaps, /plans-pricing, /book-online, /socios-88a and its jiu-jitsu service page, read 2026-08-16. The $1,200 figure is a live cart byte read that day and is deliberately NOT published as a price under §13.R5: the page states no period, the service is flagged unavailable, and the site's own pricing page renders the platform's empty state. Booking and contact flows were read, never submitted. No instructor or timetable is claimed because the site publishes neither, and no registry surface carries this room

Elite Grapplers — its rebuilt own site publishes address, phone, a head coach with full credentials, a complete timetable and a free first class; its federation registration adds the sub-unit 62B and the postal code, under the same man the site names as head coach
Who this academy suits
A Naucalpan room — in the Estado de México, not in Mexico City — that has recently started publishing everything except its prices. Elite Grapplers trains youth and adults five days a week in three blocks a day, at 08:30 in the morning and at 19:00 and 20:30 in the evening, with children on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 18:00; that morning class is one of only two published anywhere in this ring. The head coach is named with his full record — Alberto Arellano Xopa, a second-degree black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and in Chimeyo Combat System, a third-degree Lima Lama black belt and a former professional MMA fighter — alongside two more coaches, one of whom also holds BJJ and Chimeyo black belts. The first class is free: 'tu primera clase es cortesía de la casa', which the house's motto puns on. Two things to read carefully: no price appears anywhere on the site, so the phone call is unavoidable on +52 55 3889 4891; and the 'official affiliations' block should be taken as the room's own claim rather than verified membership — the middle logo is captioned for the live national jiu-jitsu federation while its underlying file names a defunct one, and that federation's own school directory does not list this academy. The coaches' Chimeyo belts are the firmer thread, and those are personal ranks they publish themselves. A fit for someone in Naucalpan or Satélite who wants a morning class and a coach whose record is on the page
Why we say it: The street, phone, timetable, coaching staff and free-class offer are the room's own site, elitegrapplers.mx, read 2026-08-16 (www 301s to the apex, whose robots.txt returns an HTML 404 shell: default allow). SC 87373 was read the same day with crawl-delay honored; its person in charge is the site's own named head coach, the byte join that ties the registration to this room and supplies the sub-unit and postal code. The affiliation block was read in its markup as well as its render, which is how the caption/alt discrepancy was found; the live federation's own 73-school directory does not list this academy. No price is claimed because a full-page token sweep returns zero currency figures

Who this academy suits
The room in this whole metropolitan area that tells a beginner the most before they walk in — and it is in the Estado de México, in Naucalpan de Juárez, not in Mexico City, though Lomas Verdes runs continuously into the capital's north-west. KUMA publishes a six-day jiu-jitsu timetable including the only morning classes in this ring, at 07:00 and 08:00 on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and two evening slots a week labelled 'Basic BJJ' rather than left to be guessed at. It publishes seven instructors by name with their belts, two of them women, topped by a third-degree black belt. And it publishes a complete price list: $1,200 a month for one class a week rising to $2,400 for four, each with an $800 joining fee, or four passes with no joining fee at all — $1,750 for mornings only, $2,700 and $3,000 for wider access, and $900 for a women's self-defence plan. Work out which side of that fee line suits you before you sign. The first class is free and, unusually, it books a private lesson rather than a group class. Two practical cautions: its booking calendar currently shows the coming week with every day marked 'Closed' plus an instruction meant for the gym's owner — that is the platform, not the academy; and do not follow the website link on its federation listing, which points at a domain that was never connected. The real site is kumamartialarts.com. A fit for a beginner who wants the cost and the timetable before making contact, and who can train early
Why we say it: Everything above is the room's own site — www.kumamartialarts.com, its home, /contact and /instructors pages plus its booking and store widgets, read 2026-08-16 after its robots.txt. The price sheet is a live cart read that day; the schedule is the widget's recurring session definitions, and the 'Closed' week overlay rendered alongside them is explicitly identified as a booking-platform state rather than published as a closure. SC 65058 was read the same day with crawl-delay honored: it corroborates the street, and its person of record and manager are two of the site's own published instructors — the join that ties the registration to this room. Its Puebla-code phone and unconnected website field are recorded as conflicts. The chain registration at the same street stays a separate row per §13.R2. The trial form was read, never submitted

- Class schedule
- A six-day jiu-jitsu week, from the recurring session definitions in the room's own booking widget: Monday kids 16:00, teens 17:00, Basic BJJ 18:00 and 19:00, BJJ 20:00–21:30; Tuesday BJJ 07:00 and 08:00, kids 16:00, teens 17:00, BJJ 19:00 and 20:00–21:30; Wednesday as Monday, Thursday as Tuesday; Friday kids 16:00, teens 17:00, BJJ 18:00–19:30; Saturday BJJ 10:00, kids 11:00 and a 'Defensa Violeta' session 12:00–14:00. This is the only morning jiu-jitsu in this ring, and two slots a week are labelled 'Basic BJJ'. One caution: the same widget shows the current week with every day marked 'Closed' and prints an owner-facing message — that is a booking-platform state, not a sign the academy is shut
Classes and cost
- Membership
- The most complete price sheet in this corpus, read live from the room's own store on 2026-08-16, all MXN. Adult frequency plans, each with a separate $800 sign-up fee: one class a week $1,200 a month, two $1,650, three $2,000, four $2,400. Four passes with NO sign-up fee: a morning pass at $1,750, 'One Pass' at $2,700, unlimited at $3,000, and a women's self-defence plan at $900. Kids run $1,000 to $2,800. Two things to read off it: the joining fee applies to the frequency plans and not to the passes, which changes which is cheaper over three months; and 'pase' here means an unlimited or time-window product, never a single day's entry

MD Self Defense / Renzo Gracie Interlomas — the chain's own site publishes this branch with its address and offers it as one of five selectable branches on its sign-up form, which settles the earlier question of whether it was an unaffiliated gym using the initials
Who this academy suits
The Mexico City chain's room on the other side of the state line — in Huixquilucan, Estado de México, not in the capital, though Interlomas is a twenty-minute drive from Polanco and the chain treats it as one of its five bookable branches. That is the useful fact: until recently it was unclear whether this was an unaffiliated gym borrowing the initials, and the chain has settled it by publishing the room itself, at Parque de Granada 25, Local 303, in Parques de la Herradura, and by listing Interlomas by name on its own sign-up form. The way in is that form: five free classes across a full week, the only free-week offer in this research that states how many classes you get. Two limits, both stated by the chain itself: it publishes no timetable and no prices for this branch — its schedule and plan widgets cover Polanco, Santa Fe and Condesa only — so the week is the offer and everything else is a conversation; and it publishes no telephone for this room. One thing worth knowing about the neighbourhood: Interlomas carries three named mats within a few streets, unusual density for a district on this side of the border. A fit for someone in Interlomas, Bosques or Santa Fe who wants a curriculum chain with a genuine trial week and can settle schedule and cost after registering
Why we say it: The street, the branch's inclusion among five selectable sucursales and the quantified free week are the chain's own /semana_gratis/ page, read 2026-08-16 (robots open); its /escuelas/, /planes/, /horarios/ and /afiliar-academia/ pages were read the same day. Forms and the affiliation form's arithmetic captcha were read, never submitted. §13.R2 collapses this room's separate registration (SC 20150, read the same day with crawl-delay honored — Mario Delgado as person in charge, the chain's domain as website field, a Naucalpan street) into this dossier rather than publishing it as a second mat; a fitness aggregator's third street is recorded the same way. No price or schedule is claimed, and the reason is quoted from the operator: /planes/ says the portal manages training 'en nuestras sucursales de Polanco y Santa Fe', and both widget pages render for three CDMX rooms only

There is also a second route not sold to the public: the chain's affiliate page offers 'free training at any of our branches' to academies that affiliate with it

Team DREAM Atizapán — the network's headquarters, published on its own site as its founder's academia matriz
Who this academy suits
The gravitational centre of jiu-jitsu in the north-west of the metropolitan area — and the first thing to know is that it is in the Estado de México, not in Mexico City: Atizapán de Zaragoza, an administrative border away rather than a different world. Team DREAM's headquarters is at Calzada de San Mateo 75, and its founder Alberto Serrano Govea publishes his own history on the network's site: teaching since 2013, a black belt from the Mexico City chain's Mario Delgado in June 2016, and the founder of this network in 2021 alongside three named professors. Three of its rooms are in this ring, with more carrying its name in Monterrey, Michoacán, Chihuahua, Guanajuato and Chile. The way in is a free week booked on the network's own form, and there is a second way in most readers never see: if you already train at one of its affiliated academies, the network's affiliation page says you may train here free up to twice a month. Two honest gaps: no price appears anywhere on the network's ten pages, and no class times either — a consumer directory publishes opening hours, but this research does not ship a third party's timetable for a mat whose own channel publishes none, because a wrong hour sends a reader to a closed door. Message 5633964508 and ask for the week. A fit for anyone in Satélite, Atizapán or Interlomas who wants the region's most established room with its founder on the mat
Why we say it: The street, phone, founder's history, network founding and free week are all the network's own site, www.asgbjj.com, whose ten-page sitemap was drained on 2026-08-16 after reading its robots.txt — which names ClaudeBot inside a 29-agent stacked group carrying only standard path disallows, with no root disallow. The address is settled by two joins with a consumer directory read the same day, on street and on phone; that directory's own postal code, 52946, refutes its own 'Tlalnepantla' label. AJP 3840's and IBJJF 8645's Tarimoro strings are carried as a conflict, with the AJP pin refused as corroboration (§12.R2). The directory's opening hours are recorded and deliberately NOT shipped, per §13.R12. Forms read, never submitted. albertoserranobjj.com was found by the brand-concatenation probe and recorded as an alias on its redirect to this host

Phone WhatsApp 5633964508 — the number on the network's own page, matched digit for digit by the consumer directory, which is part of what settles this address. Note a third number exists on a federation registry (+52 55 2922 7939); recorded, not reconciled Website Naver Map Apple Maps
Team DREAM Interlomas — published on the network's own academy list with venue, professor, belt rank and telephone
Who this academy suits
A co-founder's mat inside the Interlomas shopping centre — and the first thing to know is that it is in the Estado de México, in Huixquilucan, not in Mexico City, though it sits directly across the Río Hondo from Santa Fe. Team DREAM publishes this room on its own site with everything a first message needs: the venue at Boulevard Interlomas 5 in La Herradura, the professor by name — Erick Robles, published as a black belt — and a branch telephone of its own, 55 2667 9682. Robles is not a branch manager but one of the three professors the network's founder names as co-founders when it was created in 2021, which is a real difference in a satellite room. The offer is a free week, booked through the network's own form. Two gaps to close by message: no class times for this room and no prices anywhere on the site. One more thing about the family this room belongs to: its founder's black belt comes from the Mexico City chain's Mario Delgado, one of several threads tying this side of the state line to the capital's mats rather than separating them. A fit for someone living or working in Interlomas, Bosques or Santa Fe who wants an established regional team and a named black belt on the floor
Why we say it: The venue, professor, published rank and branch phone are the network's own /academias page, read 2026-08-16 after its robots.txt (ClaudeBot named inside a 29-agent stacked group with only standard path disallows and no root disallow). The co-founder claim is the network's own founding sentence on /home, same day. The free week is its own /gratis booking page; forms read, never submitted. No schedule or price is claimed because the network publishes neither on any of its ten pages. The affiliation visiting right is recorded at its stated granularity — it names the headquarters, not this room

Who this academy suits
The Team DREAM room in Lomas Verdes, and the first thing to know is that it is in the Estado de México — Naucalpan de Juárez — rather than in Mexico City, even though the urban fabric runs straight through from the capital's north-west and the border is invisible from a car window. The network publishes this room properly on its own site: a full street address at Calle Cerro de Huitzilihuitl 24b in Colonia Bosques de Moctezuma, the professor by name, Francisco Caudillo, published as a black belt, and a branch telephone of its own on 55 8068 0787. The offer is a free week, booked through the network's own form. Two things to settle by message, because the network publishes neither for any of its rooms: class times and price. It is worth knowing the team you would join — DREAM was founded in 2021, has three rooms on this side of the state line and more across Mexico and in Chile, and its founder's black belt comes from the Mexico City chain's Mario Delgado, one of several threads tying these mats to the capital's rather than separating them. A fit for someone in Satélite, Lomas Verdes or Naucalpan who wants a named black belt on the floor and a regional team behind him

Who this academy suits
A karate house in Tlalnepantla — in the Estado de México, not in Mexico City — with a real, if small, jiu-jitsu line: adults on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 19:00 to 20:30, and children on Tuesday and Thursday at 18:00. Read the shape of the house honestly before you go: the same timetable page carries four karate slots and four para-karate slots beside those two jiu-jitsu lines, and the jiu-jitsu page itself ends with a sentence about the benefits of practising karate, apparently copied over from the karate page. It is a multi-discipline school where jiu-jitsu is a genuine programme rather than the centre of gravity. The address is Viveros de Asís 53 in Viveros de la Loma, the first class is free ('Pide tu clase muestra sin costo', arranged over WhatsApp), and the phone is 55 5100 9313. Two things not to rely on: the room advertises a page of 'planes de precios' that has published no prices for two years running, so ask; and its affiliations are claimed three different ways — the site names an international and a national federation, its own federation registration names a different domestic network, and none of the three can be confirmed. A fit for someone in Tlalnepantla or the capital's northern edge who wants three fixed evenings a week and does not need a dedicated jiu-jitsu academy
Why we say it: The street, phone, email, jiu-jitsu schedule and free-class offer are the room's own site — www.zenmartialarts.mx, its sitemaps, /jiu-jitsu, /horarios-precios, /contacto and /nosotros pages, read 2026-08-16. The two own pages agree on the jiu-jitsu times, and the karate and para-karate slots on the same timetable page establish the primary art for §8.7. SC 28795 was read the same day with crawl-delay honored: it corroborates the street, carries a correct website field and names a woman as person in charge, while carrying a different phone and a different affiliation, both recorded as conflicts. The empty prices page was re-verified and cited by its emptiness rather than inferred. Per §13.R10 the HOLKAN network stays in this basis and does not enter the city's published network sentence. The WhatsApp funnel was read, never submitted
