Learning jiu-jitsu in the Neza belt

These rooms are in the Estado de México, not in Mexico City — Nezahualcóyotl and Ecatepec de Morelos sit across the line east and north-east of the capital, and this guide keeps that visible. 5 rooms recorded, 2 with full entries. The east is a scene with a lineage story: all three Neza rooms name where their belts came from, and two of the three name the same Mexico City black belt — the capital's professors taught this side of the line, and the rooms say so themselves. CORAA Jiu Jitsu, on Calle Palacio Nacional in Colonia Metropolitana, is the belt's fullest door and the only room in this whole ring that publishes its own coordinates, inside its own structured data. Its free week is phrased as a conversation rather than an offer — 'te regalamos una semana gratis para que veas si te gusta ¿Te parece bien?' — and its monthly price is deliberately gated: 'la mensualidad tiene diferentes precios', and a WhatsApp number. Renzo Gracie NEZA on 2da Avenida publishes a street, a timetable, a named professor, and the cheapest joining fee in this corpus: 'inscripción $300', against $500 in Coyoacán and $800 in Lomas Verdes. Two rooms nine kilometres apart price the same item 2.7 times apart and the cheaper one is here — a fact about prices, never about neighbourhoods. Ecatepec deserves its own line. This research recorded it at zero rostered rooms; the instrument improved, and two rooms appeared, both on their own streets — one on Calle Juárez in San Cristóbal, one on Calle Zapotecas in Ciudad Azteca. That is why nothing on this site writes a coverage hole as a fact about the people who live there. And one thing that does not cross the line with you: 'clase de visita', the capital's paid casual visit, returns zero bytes across this ring. Here the way in is free, or it is a month. For someone just starting, the real question is not "which academy is best" but "which one fits me."

CORAA Jiu Jitsu Fighting & BJJ — its own site publishes address, postal code, telephone, a free-week offer and its own structured data; it is one of only two rooms in the federation's web directory whose registered name says 'Bjj'

Who this academy suits

The most carefully published room in the eastern half of this ring — in Nezahualcóyotl, in the Estado de México, not in Mexico City — and the one that makes the first message easiest. CORAA publishes its address in a sentence on its own front page, Calle Palacio Nacional 155 in Metropolitana 2a Sección, then repeats it in its own structured data with the postal code, the municipality and a telephone the federation's directory confirms digit for digit. The offer is a free week, phrased as a question rather than a slogan: 'for you or your children, we're giving you a free week to see whether you like it — does that sound all right?'. Jiu-jitsu is the whole of its front page, with mixed martial arts and judo beside it, and its copy is aimed at families and at children being bullied. Two things it does not settle for you, both by its own choice: it names its monthly fee as a product, 'la mensualidad', then says the price depends on whether you are a child, a teenager or an adult and to ask on WhatsApp; and its hours disagree with themselves on its own page — machine-readable data says weekdays 17:00–21:00 while the FAQ says classes run all week including Saturdays, and the published window has changed since we last read it. Ask for the current timetable when you claim the week. A fit for a beginner or a parent in Neza who wants a straightforward first conversation on WhatsApp

Why we say it: Everything above is the room's own site, coraajiujitsu.com — its home page, robots.txt and sitemaps, read 2026-08-16 (robots open). The address, postal code, municipality and telephone come from the room's own JSON-LD as well as its prose, and the telephone is independently confirmed against the federation's web directory the same day — the only Estado de México row on that directory whose phone survives corroboration, which matters because that directory's Edomex block was found to be machine-filled in its phone and email columns. No schedule is claimed: the room's structured data and its FAQ contradict each other and the window has moved since the previous pass; all three readings are recorded. No price is claimed: the operator names his own price nouns and gates every figure behind WhatsApp. The WhatsApp funnel was read, never submitted; the Facebook 'sameAs' link was recorded and never fetched. Female instructors appear only in third-party testimonials and are deliberately not recorded as a room claim

Who this academy suits

The most specifically published week in the east of this ring — in Nezahualcóyotl, Estado de México, not in Mexico City — and the one room here that tells you what it teaches on which night. Its own class page runs Tuesday and Thursday in two bands from 18:00, Friday from 19:00, Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning from 10:00 to 12:00, with sessions labelled separately as gi, no-gi and — uniquely in this ring — leg locks. A Sunday morning class is also unique here. The professor is named with his record on the room's own page: Arturo Cadenas Rocha, a black belt, three times a national champion, a regional no-gi champion and a veteran of EBI 10. On money the room publishes exactly one figure: $300 MXN to enrol, the cheapest joining fee in this whole research; the monthly rates have a heading on the same page and no numbers under it, so ask. And unlike almost everything else in this metropolitan area there is no free class or trial week published anywhere — the way in is the telephone, WhatsApp or email on its contact page. One caution on the name: the room brands itself Renzo Gracie NEZA and publishes its professor's black belt as coming from Renzo Gracie México, and the Mexican chain's own list of schools does not include it. That is reported as the room's own account of itself, not a confirmed affiliation. A fit for someone in Neza who trains at weekends and wants a no-gi-heavy week with a named competitor teaching it

Why we say it: Everything above is the room's own site, arturocr6.wixsite.com/renzogracieneza — its root, sitemaps, /contacto, /clases, /profesor, /nosotros and /instalaciones pages, read 2026-08-16. The address is on /contacto and not on the root, which promoted this row past the earlier snippet-strength caveat; the timetable and 'inscripción $300' are live bytes on /clases the same day, and the 'mensualidades' heading's figures are absent from the served text, so no monthly price is inferred. The professor's record is the room's own /profesor page. The brand claim is hedged per §11.R4: the chain's own school list and free-week branch selector were re-read the same day, in full, and carry no such room. No trial is claimed because none is published

Class schedule
From the room's own class page: Tuesday and Thursday 18:00–19:30 and 19:30–21:00, Friday 19:00–21:00, Saturday 15:00–17:00 and Sunday 10:00–12:00, plus a 17:00–19:00 gi slot, with the sessions labelled leg locks, no-gi and gi. Two things here exist nowhere else in this ring: a slot given specifically to leg locks, and a Sunday morning class

Classes and cost

Membership
One figure publishes, and it is a joining fee rather than a monthly rate: 'inscripción $300' MXN on the room's own class page, read 2026-08-16. The same page carries a 'mensualidades' heading whose figures are not in the served text, so no monthly price is available. For scale, $300 is the cheapest published joining fee anywhere in this research
